Challenging Unjust Convictions and Sentences
Once your trial is completed and the magistrate/Judge convicts the accused person and subsequently sentences the accused person we will determine if there are merits to lodging an appeal against conviction and/or sentence. The courts are extremely busy and sometimes the magistrate can commit fatal errors in law. Alternatively the accused was ineffectively represented by his lawyer. We have the expertise to lodge appeals to the Supreme Court of Appeal if required
